IMPORTANT: FitCoins are virtual currency used exclusively within the FitDuel app. They have NO REAL-WORLD MONETARY VALUE and CANNOT be exchanged, sold, or cashed out for real currency.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the FitDuel app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Live Duels & Wagering

Users may wager FitCoins on live fitness duels. This is a competition of physical skill. FitDuel takes a 10% "House Fee" on all winning pots to maintain server infrastructure.

3. Marketplace & Publishing

Users can publish workout plans for a FitCoin price. FitDuel takes a 10% transaction fee on all marketplace sales. A 50 FitCoin fee is required to publish a new plan.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use pre-recorded videos to cheat in duels. FitDuel uses AI detection to identify and ban fraudulent accounts. Attempting to manipulate skeletal landmarks via external tools will result in a permanent ban.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or ban any account that violates these terms, including for cheating, harassment, or non-payment.
